Day 1-4 focuses on training a different body part through weight lifting, with videos of each exercise. Day 5 is a bonus workout, with a cardio conditioning focus. The nutrition plan is macro based. This is a flexible way to eat the foods you love while sticking to a plan that meets your specific fitness goal.
You WILL stay on track through the holidays! with this program you will workout almost daily. Each workout has a place to track your progression and video demonstrations. The focus is weight training, but you will also track your nutrition. Cardio will be assigned and increase as the weeks progress.
