This plan focuses on increasing strength over the course of 8 weeks. The plan changes minimally, as to keep the focus on progressive overload and growing muscle. There are 3 lifting days that can be broken up as needed. Cardio is 3x per week. Nutrition guidance is offered, as well as, a Facebook accountability group.

Whether you are working in a gym or at home, I will customize a training plan to help you reach your goals. You will have access to my app, in which all workout plans are assigned. There are instructional videos of every exercise, ability to sync 'myfitnesspal' so I can provide Nutrition guidance, and optional Facebook Group for added accountability.
