It is during this first appointment that you will determine, with your coach, what is best for you at this time. You will be provided with all the tools needed to achieve your month 1 goals, set new habits for yourself, and see real results! After this first month you are encouraged to continue coaching until you reach your goal. During this continued coaching you will be meeting with your coach often. Meetings with your coach can be Zoom meetings, email check ins, food diary sharing, food picture log, etc. The requirements will be specific to your goals and determined by you and your coach. After month 3 you will reassess your plan, habits, and goals.
