Is this a longer version of the 4 week Shred?
Well, sort of. If you have ever participated in the 4 week shred, you know it is INTENSE! Its not for beginners but rather those who have established a solid routine of exercise and food prep, looking for the next level of fat loss. This 8 week shred provides the option for those people but also has many options for someone getting back into a routine, someone working out at home, someone wanting to kickstart their fat loss. Essentially, you get 4 weeks to prep for the hard part (the last 4 weeks)
Can I really win $1000?
YES! Here is the trick to winning this thing, don't quit! You would be surprised at how many people do not follow through with commitments to themselves, just don't be like that and you have a real shot.

So How Do I win?
Results are based on progress photos, as we believe they are the best representation of fat loss. You will upload progress photos weekly and we will use the first and last photo to enter into the contest. We will cut your face out before posting photos and then let social media decide the first round of winners, then the trainers decide the final winner.
Does the 1.5 hours in the gym include Cardio?
Yes, this includes everything. As you get better, you will need less time. In the beginning there is less added Cardio so these may take even less time.
What foods am I allowed?
Almost anything unprocessed! You will learn how to track your macros with a long list of "clean foods" and a meal prep guide to teach you how to turn those foods into delicious meals. The meal plan gets more restrictive in the last 4 weeks, but until then almost all whole foods/ non processed foods are allowed including Chicken, Fish, Turkey, Beef, Eggs, Rice, Potatoes, Beans, Vegetables, and more
Can Men do this Program?
