Are you ready to Shred? Starting April 27th Join us in the launch of our most popular program rebuilt to be a home program! This Shred is for someone looking to drop serious body fat! During the 4 weeks you will receive:
- Shred Meal Pan with food list, custom meal planning guide and our Meal Prep Manual
- All access to your Personal Trainer (Melissa). You will check in with her about your goals, struggles, diet questions, and anything else you need to help you reach your goal!
- Daily workouts assigned through your app. These workouts will be challenging for all levels. The daily workouts are body weight only and have options to add weights. There will be options for beginners to modify and advanced to intensify.
- Complete dumbbell body building plan. This is perfect for Lifters missing the gym or those wanting to BUILD muscle
- Private Accountability Group on Facebook. This will be a place for you to discuss and be held accountable for your goals. With a team of people who are also wanting to crush goals, you will stay motivated to crush yours!
