We have created this program to kick start fat loss or get those last few pounds off. The program is done several times throughout the year as a challenge program. This is so we have a group of people "in it together". This provides extra accountability as you cheer each other on, with a side of competition. The shred Nutrition Plan is very detailed and specific. We will provide all the tools you need to set your custom macros, create a meal plan, and eat to SHRED! With a food list of Nutritious and Fat Burning options, you will have your metabolism on FIRE!
Just like all the programs in AppTrainer, you will receive all your workouts through the app. The 4 Week Shred has 4-5 weight training workouts weekly and Cardio programmed daily. This extra intensity is what gets guaranteed results! Although the program is designed for someone with previous weight training experience and a reasonable fitness level, even a beginner can join us.
